A Capacity Assessment for a residential scheme of 60 dwellings on two adjacent plots of land. The plots are located on each side of a tree-lined driveway leading to Hagley Court, one of several country houses in the area surrounded by distinctive parkland landscapes.
The assessment carried out by FCA evaluated the landscape setting of the plots, identifying key resources for protection/enhancement; assessed the potential landscape and visual effects of residential development; identified any areas where development should be discouraged; and provided detailed guidance on mitigation measures. The site has since been granted planning permission.
